Stained glass restoration
Advice
If you have any questions about the condition of your stained glass window, please contact me. Usually I can assess this with photos, if it is not clear I will come by and give you advice about the condition of the window. You will receive a clear overview of the costs in advance.
Repairs on site
If the window has only a small amount of damage such as broken glass, then it may be possible to repair it op the spot.
To check if the repair can be done on location, you can send me pictures of the broken glass panel by mail or use the contact form.
complete restoration
With a complete restoration I take apart the stained glass panel, clean all glass and remake the entire panel using new lead. All broken glass is replaced by new. Exterior windows are given an extra sealant layer in the lead, to make them watertight and windproof.

Stained glass insulation
Outside front window
An additional window is mounted on the outside against the window frame. The insulation value increases enormously while the existing stained glass remains in place and retains its unique classic appearance.
I work with a professional carpenter who makes these hardwood additional windows to any desired size.
Between isolation glass
Stained glass is mounted in insulating glass. Existing stained glass is first professionally restored and adjusted if necessary. New stained glass is made to measure. This gives you double glazing, with the stained glass in between.
In addition to perfect heat and sound insulation, it is ideal against damage and anti-burglary.
Inside stained glass
With existing HR insulating glass, I install new stained glass on the inside of the window, against the insulating glass. The insulating glass therefore does not need to be replaced.
An additional advantage is that the stained glass can easily be replaced or removed.
